Cala AI built their launch waitlist on Rebolt after realizing no commercial solution was flexible enough.

Standard waitlist tools only supported static launches. Seat-based tools were designed for restaurants. None allowed gradual seat releases, referrals, or custom onboarding logic. With Rebolt, Cala launched a public signup with limited seats and an automatic waitlist once capacity was reached. Each user received a unique referral link, and successful referrals moved them up the queue. The team scheduled seat releases by date and quantity, triggering automated emails when users were cleared. Rebolt sent waitlist confirmations, registration links, and notifications as new seats opened.

Everything was managed from a single dashboard, including user status, waitlist position, seat history, and referral performance.
